Hotel Victoria was founded with the aim of paying homage to the cultural traditions of Trieste, and does it by conveying the charm, history and elegance of this Middle-European city par excellence through its 44 rooms.
Located in an historical building - which was once also home to the famous Irish writer James Joyce, to whom one of its suites is dedicated, Hotel Victoria has been furnished with meticulous attention to detail and an unquestionable lean for elegance. Eight Junior suites harmonically merged with the building itself, a place in which the dimension of time can also be appreciated through the details in the décor: poster beds, original art paintings hanging from the walls, cosy fireplaces, bookshelves, ancient stone walls, soft colours and warm fabrics. The entire project sparkles with a free thinking that has resulted in a time-proof and cosmopolitan style, a metaphor of the universality and longevity of human literary and artistic work, for a hotel that is certainly not threatened by nor shy of the most cultivated and intellectual atmosphere of the literary cafes, so typical of this Mitteleuropean city.
