Yum - A 25 Minute Yoga Flow
Hi!
This is a good practice if you're short on time but still wanting a luxuriously paced, heat-making, heart-opening, strengthening & lengthening session. I dip right into many of my favorite poses here, tossing convention out the window in favor of delicious, intuitive spinal movements and creative shapes.
We start with spinal awakening from hands and knees then move into natural movement in downward dog. A couple of luscious flows are followed quickly by reclined shapes and a 5-minute savasana. It's over before ya know it.
KEY POSES
-Side Plank with Eagle Legs
-Dolphin splits (on forearms)
-Skandasana (a squat with one leg while the other is extended to the side)
-Camel
-Happy Baby and variations
-Savasana
