Zion National Park's HooDoo City

Long time no see! We recently took a trip to Zion at the beginning of the busy season. And rather than fight the crowds that literally shut down the main canyon before dawn we had plans to explore the equally impressive areas in other parts of the park.
One of the most underrated is the Kolob Terrace Road. A gorgeous drive on it's own with lots of little places to explore, but searching online I found a new place I'd never seen or heard others talking about before. Turns out it's an adult playground to explore.
A relatively short trail it's perfect for taking things slow and soaking in the views and details of the land around you instead of racing to the top of some packed overlook.
The terrain is a bit delicate and there are dropoffs so it's not the best place for young kids. But good for groups that are old enough how to best protect the land and themselves.
