Defending Jordan Peterson - Compelled Speech

Two more articles critical of Jordan Peterson came out today. Critical analysis and disagreement are fine. More and more, however, the critics seem to repeat the same idea, that Jordan Peterson was completely incorrect about the free speech issue in Canada surrounding Bill C-16. Jordan Peterson, it is stated, is either foolish or has intentionally misrepresented the danger to induce fear and division.

In this video, I try to explain - in simple terms (once terms are defined) - how Jordan Peterson was correct, and remains correct in his concern that failure to use words as required by a government agent can lead to incarceration.

The fact that the Criminal Code of Canada does not directly state this is irrelevant. An understanding of Human Rights Codes, their Commissions and Tribunals, along with the Federal equivalent is needed.
