Ar. Mohita Garg, an eminent practicing architect, specializes in metaphysical design outcomes that go beyond mere functionality, inspiring meaningful connections and enriching the human experience.

Graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) with masters in ‘Integrated Sustainable Design’ (2013 with First Class (CAP-4.55) and bachelors from Chandigarh College of Architecture (CCA) in 2007 (Gold Medallist), Ar. Mohita (Garg) Vashisht is a seasoned architect with a wealth of experience, a versatile design knowledge and practical experience drawn from her contribution in various large scale architectural design and urban development projects over last 16 years. 

She has won multiple awards, gold medals & accolades-

‘The Young Architectural Talent Award by ICI’ in 2023; IIA, Architecture Excellence Recognition Award for Best Commercial Office Building Design, 2022; Indian Concrete Institute’s Most Outstanding Concrete Structure Award 2021, in the Office Building Design category; Rising Star Award by First Friday Forum, 2017; ‘Best Architectural Firm’ in Chandigarh Award in 2017, by Praxis Media National Quality Excellence Awards; DREAM HOME AWARD, 2016, for 6 KANAL RESIDENCE in Chandigarh; ‘ICI Best Dream House Design in Chandigarh Award’, 2015, For 1 KANAL House; PRIME TIME GLOBAL LIFESTYLE AWARD for ‘BEST INTERIOR DESIGN FIRM IN CHANDIGARH’ in year 2014, for the design of ‘Beant Singh Memorial Public Library’, Sector-34, Chandigarh.
Mohita has also penned down two COFFEE TABLE BOOKS -1. “Multi-storied group HOUSING (TEN housing design stories – Reflection of our journey)” ;2. “BESPOKE RESIDENCES – Residential Design and Planning Approach”.

By incorporating sustainability, adaptability, metaphysics and bio-mimicry into her design philosophy, she not only creates spaces that inspire and delight but also sets new standards for responsible and forward-thinking design while showcasing her strong commitment to her craft.
