Juiciest Kebabs Ever in Under 30 minutes | Quick Recipe

Life is too short for long meals. So here is ep.1 of 30 under 30 minute meals series where I will be sharing quick easy meals for all you busy peeps.

Ingredients:

1 kg beef mince (with 20% fat)

1.5 tbsp garlic paste

1.5 tbsp ginger paste

3–4 medium onions, finely chopped and water drained

4–5 green chilies, finely chopped

A handful of finely chopped fresh coriander

Salt to taste

1.5 tsp red chili powder

1 tsp cumin powder

½ tsp garam masala

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp red chili flakes

2 tsp crushed coriander seeds or powder

1 tsp seekh kebab masala (optional)

½ tsp amchoor (dry mango) powder / khatai powder

Instructions
Mix Everything Together
In a large bowl, combine the beef mince with all spices, herbs, chopped onions, green chilies, garlic, and ginger paste. Mix well by hand or spoon until evenly incorporated.

Shape the Kebabs
Wet your hands lightly. Take portions of the mixture and shape them around skewers into long kebabs. No skewers? No problem — form into sausage-shaped patties instead.

Cook

Pan-fry Method: Heat a bit of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the kebabs and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked and nicely browned.

Optional Smoke: To infuse smoky flavor, place a lit coal in a small bowl or foil cup in the pan. Drizzle with oil and quickly cover for 2–3 minutes.

Grilling Option: Grill kebabs over open flame or on a grill pan, brushing with oil as needed.

Serve It Your Way
Enjoy hot — straight from the pan, with naan, or over a bed of rice. Perfect for a fast, flavorful meal under 30 minutes.
