奶油戚风蛋糕所需配料:
Ingredients needed for cream chiffon cake:
鸡蛋/Eggs 3
油/ Vegetable oil 35g
牛奶/Milk 40g
底筋面粉/Cake flour 50g
糖/Sugar 40g
白醋/Vinegar 2g
打发淡奶油 一些(加糖20%)
Whipped cream some (Add 20% sugar)
水果 一些/Fruit some
烤盘尺寸 直径6”
Bake pan 6” round
207°F (130°C)烤60分钟 再300°F(150°C)10分钟
Bake at 207°F (130°C) for 60 minutes and then at 300°F
(150°C) for 10 minutes
