BESTAI: Building Energy Simulation Technology with Artificial Intelligence
ITRI has developed the Building Energy Simulation Technology with Artificial Intelligence (BESTAI) to accurately and widely measure energy consumption in buildings. This system is able to calculate within 15 minutes how much more energy can be saved in a building.
BESTAI has been introduced domestically to 189 branches of Hua Nan Bank in Taiwan, successfully reducing 15 percent of energy consumption on average. For office buildings, BESTAI shows a 30 percent energy consumption reduction, significantly saving costs for enterprises.
