Pilates Reformer: Class Routine for Abs, Glutes & Legs

The Reformer I use is the Allegro 2 from Balanced Body.

Hi everyone!
Some of these moves are for more advanced Pilates students, but you can always modify by doing the lunges and the kneeling side legs without the box, if need be. Enjoy!

1 Red + 1 Yellow Spring:

• Bridges
• Sliding bridges
• Supine abs with ball under tailbone
• Ab curl variations with ball between ankles
• Scooter left leg
• Runner's lunges (right leg in front)
• Plank push + push ups
• Scooter right leg
• Runner's lunges (left leg in front)
• Plank push + push ups

1 Yellow Spring:

• Lunges with the box on the floor (left leg)
• Kneeling side leg foot in strap (left leg with box on)
• Opposite arm and leg reach with leg pulses (left leg)
• Lunges with the box on the floor (right leg)
• Kneeling side leg foot in strap (right leg with box on)
• Opposite arm and leg reach with leg pulses (right leg)
