Pilates Reformer: Class Routine LEG DAY

The Reformer I use is the Allegro 2 from Balanced Body.

I love leg work, so here's another class routine for legs and glutes :)

1 Red Spring:

• Wheelbarrow/Kneeling Abs Facing Front with added push-ups
• Scooter on the platform (right leg back)
• Lunge hold (step back foot further back and bend knee in and out)
• Skaters (left foot on platform)
• Kneeling leg presses (left ball of the foot on the bar)
• Kick ups with ball (left leg)
• Fire hydrant with ball (left leg)
• Flat back kneeling abs
• Round back kneeling abs
• REPEAT for other side
• Chest expansion
• Thigh stretch + chest expansion
• Rowing back round back

1 Red and 1 Yellow Spring:

• Russian splits
