If we want to develop great leaders we can no longer use gendered discourse to describe leadership. Although more blatant forms of sexism exist, gender stereotypes remain. There is a double standard when it comes to leadership styles between male and female leadership stereotypes. Stephanie talks about how to change the social influences that perpetuates these stereotypes.
