Behind the Scenes of "The Embrace of the Sea in Platja d'Aro: Discover the Serenity of a Magical Cove"

As stated in the title, this video was recorded in Platja d'Aro, next to Cala del Pi, which is designated as a naturist area (people can be there without clothing). However, upon asking the locals who live nearby, they suggested it would be a good place to film since in April and in the morning it's still chilly enough to keep people away.

Well, they were wrong 😅. The area was far busier than we expected, with tourists passing by on a path above us. Moreover, an older man came to sunbathe nude, and when he got hot, he took a dip in the water, walking right through our shot.

The man was very understanding and kind to us. Upon arriving, he could have told us to leave, since even though we were there first, filming with a camera in a designated naturist area is a different matter. When he felt hot, he signaled us as if asking for permission to pass. We gestured back, indicating he could proceed, and that we would cut the scene later. We used hand signals to avoid making noise as we were already recording.

So, contrary to what we were told, this wasn't a completely quiet place to film without noise or spectators. However, after trimming that scene and ignoring the occasional onlookers, the video turned out well. Overall, it was worth the trip to film there.

I am releasing this video to prove that I own both the behind-the-scenes footage and the cut scenes from the video I initially published. YouTube has demonetized Acerting Art, and upon appealing the decision, it was rejected, stating they couldn't verify that I was the owner of the videos because I don't appear in them.

Even though I am not seen in the videos, they are mine, and I can prove this by showing unreleased content that only the video owner would have. I hope this establishes that my content is original, owned, and exclusive. It's only been more than 10 years since any Creative Commons content was published on the channel, and even that is a minority of the total videos. At the time, this was permitted.

I remain hopeful that YouTube will re-monetize the channel and that we can continue creating videos as we have for over a decade. God willing, of course :)
