Bashir is one of my best friends, so I got together with him to discuss my XC states victory from 2017! It was one of the best races of my entire life and Bashir was there as my mentor through it all! Bashir is an incredible runner that goes to Virginia Tech and he has run some incredible times both while in college and in high school. In this video, he shares lots of wisdom, while we talk about the race at hand.
