As the weather gets colder, we have many more excuses to lock ourselves inside, eat more food, and become less active in the winter. We have less energy and motivation when we are staying indoors for long periods of time. For these reasons, a lot of people experience weight gain during winter and struggle to stay fit during the winter.
Today we are going to teach you how to stay healthy and stay active. We'll give you simple ways to stay active in winter, remain motivated, and prevent weight gain.
Remember, you CANNOT out-exercise a bad diet. If you can stay disciplined with your nutrition, it will be much easier to maintain your weight or even lose weight during the holidays. Exercise during the winter is important, but your nutrition will be the foundation of losing or maintaining your weight.
