After a long week at the school, there is no better feeling than knowing the weekend is here and the work week is behind me. I am so incredibly happy to be done for the day and ready to switch into weekend mode! This Mother's Day weekend is extra special because my son and daughter-in-law are coming up to visit. We have such a fun day planned for tomorrow. We’re heading to the movies to see the Michael Jackson movie and then going out for a nice dinner together. It’s all about family, good food, and filling up my own cup after a busy week.
