A Magical Winter’s Day in the Australian Rainforest

The Magnolia flowers bloom in these cool months, and we cook a cake from ginger, freshly picked kiwi fruit and the edible flowers! We harvest bananas, custard apples and black sapotes -- and introduce some new friends into our big animal family!
