1978 Revox B77 Rebuilt with All new Caps, New Transistors and Trimmers.Zcuckoo

*All Electrolytic, Tantalum and any known issue caps (Frako's etc.) Capacitors have been replaced on this machine using Elna Silmic II and Nichicon Audio Grade Caps. Also the Run Capacitors as well (3). The Big ones that drive the motors.
*Trimmers on all boards except monitor amp board have been replaced.
*Both Record Relays have been replaced with Updated, Hermetically Sealed New Relays.
*Pinch Roller assembly and Tape Transport Control Mechanics Completely dis-assembled, Cleaned, and Re-Lubricated with White Electrical Grade Lithium Grease.
*Capstan Motor dis-assy, cleaned and re-lubricated with Isoflex PDP65 Sintered Bearing oil.
*Both Reel motors have All (4) New ABEC 7 Roller bearings installed.
*Counter belt replaced with New belt.
Tape Tensioner Cleaned and damping grease replaced with Kilopoise 0868 and works Very Well.
*All Pots AND Switches were Cleaned with De-Oxit D5 Cleaner, then after a 12 hour dry, Lubricated with De-Oxit Fader Lube for Clean and Quiet Operation.
*Left Record toggle lever was replaced with German Kit that has metal shaft. Looks just like others but stronger.
*MRL Calibration Tape used on this deck and levels were set for Recording and Playback.
*Speeds for 3 3/4 and 7 1/2 Inches per second have been set with MRL Tape per Service Manual .
*Speed is accurate on this deck.
*Entire Tape Path Cleaned and demagnetized Heads Aligned.
*Brakes also adjusted for both reel motors, everything in Great Shape.
*Tape BIAS Set using MAXELL UD 35-180 Tape
*Dust blown out, knobs and lever caps all cleaned with toothbrush.
