Welcome to my new YouTube channel—and my new show, New Things. This is where I cover new things. Mostly tech things. Sometimes weird things. Occasionally things that probably shouldn’t exist. I left The Wall Street Journal because I wanted to build something like this—on my own channel, in my own voice—and because it felt like time for a new take on tech journalism. One that’s more human, a little more fun and a lot less obsessed with specs for the sake of specs. Because right now, tech isn’t just about what to buy. It’s about what all of this is doing to our lives. Here’s what’s next.
