We’ve been lied to our whole lives….Telling ourselves that we’ll de the thing as soon as motivation kicks in. Or we try to motivate ourselves with promises of the outcome, that seems so far away and unattainable that it actually causes us to paralyze and freeze with overwhelming thoughts.

The secret to it all. Screw motivation. Take action! No matter how small, forward progress is what will jump start everything. If you can take small positive steps each day, each day you will build momentum and soon enough, you will be in a groove, feeling yourself (pride) and that’s when motivation kicks in to keep it all going.

Don’t wait for motivation. It’s not coming to save you. Take action.
