L'impasto va messo e condito sopra la tela e quando lo inserirete all'interno del forno rimarrà come è stato messo sulla Barella senza avere più problemi che possa attaccarsi alla pala e avendo anche pochissima farina da spolvero sulla pietra. Si può fare il Pane che in questo modo si potrà distribuire sulla pietra come si vuole senza difficoltà, io inforno 5 panini alla volta e tutto quello che si vuole, perfino le crostate che rimarranno come le avete messe sulla tela della Barella. per acquistare il modello vi mando un sito che le produce.
