Pilates for Building Strength: 30-Min Pilates Workout (Weights & Resistance Band)

Hello angels! I hope you enjoy this full body Pilates class. Using my two favourite props; weights and a resistance band. The band is going to force you to work hard in each of the movement and the weights will test your coordination and control, I used 1kgs but I encourage you to go heavier if you like. I added some music to this one hope you enjoy it!!
