#8 Incline Stretch to Ankles: Pediatric Physical Therapy for Toe Walkers
In this video series, I discuss toe walking and treatment suggestions. In this video, I discuss how I stretch the calf muscle or the gastrocnemius muscle group. Thank you to Lynsey and her family that allowed her to join this video. Lynsey is a frequent toe walker. I hope you find this information helpful to guide you in assessment, treatment, home programming, and telehealth for children who toe walk. This should be considered only basic information about toe walking. There are people who teach toe walking in workshops for therapists. This presentation of information is not on that level. This discussion is geared toward parents on a more basic level.
