🔥TABATA DUMBBELL WORKOUT🔥Full Body Unilateral Exercises🔥ALL STANDING🔥NO JUMPING🔥NO REPEAT🔥

Join me for this 17 min TABATA DUMBBELL WORKOUT and let's tone the entire body using full body compound moves! This one dumbbell TABATA workout features unilateral exercises that target the entire body! Being a CIRCUIT WORKOUT, each round will feature 2 exercises that will be repeated on the right, and left side of the body throughout the entire round. We switch exercises with each round, so that we get a complete full body workout!

I'm using a 5 kg dumbbell in this workout. Make sure you adjust your weight and pace to suit your fitness and energy level.

Warning: Always be mindful of contracting your core and keeping a straight back whenever you do any sort of forward bend! I don`t want anyone to get hurt! Just go as low as your body allows and do slow and controlled moves! Don't force things!

REMEMBER: You can always change the pace or intensity of all my workouts to suit your mood or energy level for the day.
