Indivision ECS Dualscreenmode

In December 2009 I had presented an early beta version of the dual screen mode for the Indivision ECS.
The development somehow fell asleep and the additional features became the focus. So the new driver could display a higher resolution at 16 out of 4096 colors than all previous graphics drivers.
In contrast to the Super72 screenmode, SuperPlus uses a 70ns pixel clock and is therefore also the first real workbench accelerator, as this mode is even faster than Super72 under AGA. This is due to the lower bus load, only the dual feature ... has somehow fallen asleep.
