🍞Bread dough🍞
2tsp dried yeast
95ml water (3.4oz)
60ml milk (2.1oz)
30g egg (1oz)
80g sugar(2.8oz)
300g bread flour (10.6oz)
½ tsp salt

🍡Fylling&Topping🍡
45g unsalted butter, room temperature (1.6oz)

Poppy seed

🍡 Egg for brushing 🍡
½ egg
1tsp milk

Oil for bowl
Bread flour

7-8 minutes
Convection oven 190c (374f)   
Upper and lower heater oven 200c (392f)
Adjust to your oven!
