LIVE CLASS! Making Mala Necklaces with Rachel Mallis

Welcome to today's class! Grab your supplies, it's time to bead!

From Rachel: “I only recently started making malas, but they’ve already garnered the name ‘Malli Malas.’ A mala is a knotted necklace traditionally used along with a meditation, spiritual, or prayer practice, but I started making them because they’re also a beautiful necklace with no metal clasps or components. As I have a friend with metal allergies, I saw this as a fun challenge. Together we will start and finish a knotted mala which I will show you my technique for. I think you’re going to be amazed at how easy AND FUN it is to make this design!”
