DIY Step by step travel scrapbook - Paper based, simple and fast colorful Pisa trip in small album

You can easily do your own travel scrapbook following these simple steps. Also details on how to choose paper for backgrounds, as framing or mating pictures, embellishments, the page title, journaling and for the cover and closure.

I did a very colorful travel scrapbook of our 9-day journey from Germany to Pisa and back. In order to be able to do it fast I organised my travel memorabilia and choose my pictures carefully for each page. I limited the supplies I wanted to use, so I wouldn't go through my whole stash for each single page. This is a very paper heavy scrapbook. There is also one travel kit involved which I got for just a few Euros and some rub-ons. Lots of washi tape that you can get nowadays for little money (I usually pay about 1 to 2 Euros for 3 to 5 rolls). Used lots of left overs (alphabet stickers, other stickers, clips), an alphabet stencil set, several stamp sets, a date stamp, black card stock and craft paper as well as coloured print paper and maps of Italy from an old atlas. So very cheap to make as well! Let's get started!
