1975 MXR Phase 100- My Favorite Pedal of All Time!

The MXR Phase 100 is a 6 stage phaser that debuted in 1975, following the Phase 45 and Phase 90. It was used on many albums- Jerry Garcia on Shakedown Street, Joe Strummer and Mick Jones on London Calling, Keith Richards on Some Girls and Steven Van Zandt on Darkness on The Edge Of Town, to name a few.

This is a first year, original Script Logo Phase 100 and it's my favorite pedal! I've always loved Brian May's phaser tones from 1970's Queen that he got using a Foxx Foot Phaser. While it is super rare, it is also a 6 stage phaser. This Phase 100 was modded by Analogman to be true bypass and has a 9v power jack. Otherwise it's all original!

I'm using two overdrives, before and after the Phase 100. Overdrive before a phaser has a more pronounced sweep, and overdrive after is subtler. The Klon KTR and RYRA Klone are set to sound nearly identical
