燕麦面包做法 少油少糖 适合做各种三明治Homemade Oatmeal Sandwich Bread, Easy and Nutritious,
自制燕麦面包,适合做早餐和各种各样的三明治,制作简单,健康营养又好吃,可以烤烤抹上黄油或者果酱,也可以夹上喜欢的蔬菜,鸡蛋或者肉片做成孩子喜欢的三明治早餐,都非常好。
ingredients 配方:
200-210 g boiled water 开水
75 g oats 生燕麦
25 g unsalted butter 黄油
1 tbsp sugar 糖
1 tsp salt 盐
285 g bread flour 高筋面粉
1.5 tsp active dry yeast 活性干酵母
1 egg 鸡蛋
size of loaf pan 吐司盒尺寸:
24.8 cm × 15.24 cm × 7.62 cm (9.75 in. × 6 in. × 3 in.) 1.5 磅吐司盒。
