30 MINUTE TOTAL BODY AT HOME WORKOUT || Plyometric Workout with NO EQUIPMENT
Full body at home plyometric workout that will get you sweating & your muscles burning & it only takes 30 minutes!! NO EQUIPMENT, bodyweight only workout!

THE WORKOUT:
For each exercise - 5 rounds, 20 seconds on, 1:20 minute rest
Exercise 1: jumping lunges
Exercise 2: lateral skater lunges — beginner modification with no jumping — more advanced with jumping (as shown)
Exercise 3: squat jumps + explosive straight leg jumps (10 sec each)
Exercise 4: explosive “med ball” throws
