Quarantine Functional Full Body Workout Split || functional training split || BODYWEIGHT ONLY
Hi babes! Here is my workout split I’ve been doing since we have been in quarantine! I do 2 full body functional circuits & mobility training!

Breakdown:
Mobility every day
Circuit 1: day 1
Circuit 2: day 2
Rest day
Circuit 1: day 4
Circuit 2: day 5
Circuit 1: day 6
Circuit 2: day 7
Mobility Routine:
Downward dog
Upward dog
Flow
Thread the needle
Hip cars
Circuit 1: repeat 3-4 rounds
Pike push ups/ bench push-ups (use bench as a modification)
Handstand holds or walking handstand if you can do handstands
Box pistol squat
Full squat 1/2 squat
Swimming supermans
Black widow knee slide
Circuit 2: repeat 3-4 rounds
Cobra pushups (use bench or chair to modify) if you’re strong enough go from the ground
Right/left side to side push ups (use bench or chair to modify)
Back widow
Long leg march from shoulder blades (go from arms if this is too difficult)
Skater lunge/sprinter lunge
Jumping skater/ sprinter lunge
V-sit
Full sit up w/oblique side crunch
