Thicker Thigh and Leg Workout
Hey guys! Today we're going to be focusing on our hamstring and calf muscles. This will help to make your thighs and legs thicker. In the past, we made a video covering how I got thicker thighs whilst still maintaining a very slim frame from the side profile.
This video will help anyone who is trying to gain all round thickness on their legs for a 3D effect. This is acheived by training the muscles on the back of the legs in addition to those on the front.
This home workout requires no equipment and is sure to increase muscle mass as long as you:
1) Consume more calories than your body needs to maintain its current size
2) Consume enough protein
3) Get adequate rest
4) Stay consistent with the workout and keep the form very clean with a focus on mind muscle connection

1) What is MCR- Minimum continuous reps; a benchmark of how many reps you should try to achieve consecutively without taking any rest.
