As we progresses, Dr Fong ask the question why does more and more kids these days wear glasses compare to when he was young?

Dr Fong is currently in full time private practice at Sunway Medical Centre, Petaling Jaya. He graduated from the University of Cambridge in 1998. He trained to be an eye surgeon in London and carried out further training in retinal surgery at the Lions Eye Institute and Royal Perth Hospital in Western Australia.
He is currently the Honorary Secretary of the Malaysian Society of Ophthalmology.
Dr Fong is highly respected in his field of eye surgery and has published more than 40 scientific papers in international journals as well as book chapters on cataract surgery. Together with his wife, Chui Hoong, who is a dietitian, he co-authored a book called “Food For Your Eyes” to raise awareness of a blinding eye disease called Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD).
