1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper

For the sauce:

2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Pepper

For slurry: 1 tablespoonful cornstarch mix with 1/4 cup water

For garnish:

Sesame seeds and spring onion
