Rescuer defies gravity to save a deer

Recently, Simon was called out to a difficult deer rescue. A male roe deer was stuck in a fence after trying to squeeze through it. Deer often get caught in such situations, because when their head and shoulders go through a space, they think the rest of their body will fit, which is not always the case. They usually end up trapped around the rib cage, unable to go backwards or forwards. Therefore, they get a lot of bruising and burns by rubbing their body against the rails.

Simon had to jump over a spiked fence to get to the deer… Watch the video to see if he ended up on his feet or on his bum!
