Budget Vacation Meal Ideas | Cheap Vacation Food Prep | Vacation Meal Ideas

In this video I make food and plan meals for vacation. I prep an easy banana bread with only 3 ingredients. I also make cheap brownies, prep some fruit, and make my famous potato salad. Seriously, this potato salad is the best!

Recipes:
Banana bread:

Potato salad:
2.5-3lbs potatoes
6 hard boiled eggs
1tbsp white vinegar
1tbsp pickle juice
2 tbsp minced white onion
1/2 a large pickle diced
1/2 cup -1 cup mayonnaise (to your liking)
Salt and pepper to taste
A sprinkle of paprika.

Peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Once cooled, medium dice the potatoes. Set aside.
Dice 4 eggs and slice the other 2 horizontally. Set aside.
In a large bowl add the next 4 ingredients and mix.
Add the potatoes and 4 diced eggs and lightly mix. Add Mayo to your liking and salt and pepper to taste.
Top with the sliced eggs and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
