Department of Energy Net Zero Labs

The Department of Energy’s Net Zero Labs (NZL) Pilot Initiative brings together four national laboratories that are focused on decarbonizing their operations in support of President Biden’s goal to reach net-zero greenhouse gas emissions no later than 2050. As part of the NZL Pilot Initiative, Idaho National Laboratory, National Energy Technology Laboratory, National Renewable Energy Laboratory and Pacific Northwest National Laboratory will lay the foundation for addressing hard-to-decarbonize industries and deliver net-zero solutions that can be replicated across the nation.
