The Power of a Lemon
Start each day with a glass of lemon water. Vicky Vlachonis, author of The Body Doesn't Lie, recommends drinking the juice of half a lemon stirred into a glass of lukewarm filtered water first thing each day. Lemon helps flush out toxins and strengthen the immune system.
