Vacuum originally means that there is no space where particles exist, but there is no space where nothing exists. Vacuum in industry refers to the gas space whose pressure is smaller than the standard atmospheric pressure (101.325 kPa), which refers to the state of rarefied gas. The vacuum environment can be roughly divided into: low vacuum 102 Pa, medium vacuum 102-10-1 Pa, high vacuum 10-1-10-5 Pa and ultra-high vacuum 10-5 Pa. Usually, the equipment that can discharge gas from the closed container or decrease the number of gas molecules in the container is called vacuum acquisition equipment or vacuum pump.

Oil-type rotary vane vacuum pump is widely used in metallurgy, medicine, chemical industry, electronics and other industries. Correct use and good maintenance can not only prolong the service life of the pump, but also save a lot of costs.

Oil-type rotary vane vacuum pump is mainly composed of stator, rotor, rotary vane, fixed cover, spring and other parts. A rotor with a rotor blade is eccentrically installed in the pump chamber, and a rotor blade is installed in the rotor slot. The rotor and the rotor divide the stator cavity into two parts: suction and exhaust. When the rotor rotates in the stator chamber, the volume of the intake port gradually expands and the intake gas is inhaled. At the same time, the volume of the exhaust port side is gradually reduced, and the inhaled gas is compressed and discharged from the exhaust port. When rotating, the vacuum pump oil is thrown into the pump shell to form a concentric oil ring. The oil ring and the rotor blade form several small rotating variable volume suction and exhaust chambers with periodic volume change.
