Rob Riches here from Blue Star Nutraceuticals and today I’m running you through a gruelling bodyweight workout that leans on the benefits of high volume repetitions to burn body fat and trigger truly noticeable new muscle growth.

And you don’t need any equipment whatsoever - just some open space and the effort to give it a shot.

So lace up, chug back your P.P.K., and get ready for one of the most intense bodyweight challenges you’ve ever faced.

This is 600 BPM: The 600-Rep Bodyweight Home Workout Challenge!

Let’s get to it!

For this workout, you’ll perform just 3 exercises in circuit fashion.

You’ll perform 20 reps of each exercise taking as little rest as possible until all 3 exercises are complete.

Once you’ve completed all 3 exercises, that’s the end of round 1.

You will have up to 60 seconds to catch your breath and rehydrate with AminoFast™ then repeat the whole circuit for a total of 10 rounds.

Push yourself and aim to get through this workout as quickly as possible. It’s simply you against the clock.

Now let’s get to it!
We’re starting out with one of the most loved and hated exercises in all of fitness, due to their brutal effectiveness.

Exercise #1: Burpees
Drop to the ground in plank position, body straight like a board, hop back to your feet and explode into the air - think speed and explosiveness with these.

Exercise #2: Push-Ups
The push-up is one of the most important fundamental movements for upper body strength development and core stability.

Setup in a plank position with your hands underneath your shoulders, feet together, body straight like a board - don’t allow your hips to sag or stick up in the air. Lower under control until your chest is just above the ground, then explosively push yourself back up to the top.

If these are too challenging for you, you can start performing these from your knees and gradually progress towards full push-ups. Just make sure to keep your body straight throughout the movement, no raising or lowering those hips.

Exercise #3: Mountain Climbers
Set up in a pushup position - body straight like a board and drive your knees up to your chest one at a time, then back to pushup position. Alternate side-to-side every rep.

Perform this workout 3 times this week to completely replace boring traditional cardio sessions on a treadmill or elliptical and see the results in your physique start to appear faster than ever before.
