Anna Scetinina, MACP, RP, is a registered psychotherapist in a private practice in Toronto, ON, Canada. She works with children, teens, and adults using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including CBT, ERP, ACT, I-CBT, mindfulness, and compassion-focused therapy. She helps clients with such concerns as anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), perfectionism, stress, and depression.

Anna is also an artist and writer. Her self-help book for children aged 5-12, “A Workbook for Kids Who Worry” will be published by New Harbinger Publications in January 2025. The book focuses on tools and strategies for kids to effectively cope with worry using the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy approach.

Additionally, Anna is the author and illustrator of mental health visuals summarizing the ACT approach. She incorporates art-based activities into her therapeutic sessions, fostering the power of creative expression to deepen self-discovery and enhance clients’ understanding of psychological concepts.
