Afghan & Crossfit Open Training | Complete Commando Ep.004
People love to have a go at Crossfit but the truth of it from my experience is its incredible... If done correctly, like any sport.
It's a really good idea to film yourself so you can see your form.
From this video of my weightlifting I can see:
-I'm not fast enough under the bar
-I'm slightly jumping into the bar which push the bar infront and makes it hard to catch
-My elbows aren't fast enough
-TIME TO GET TO WORK
