Vinyasa and Yin for Shoulder Stability + Flexibility

This class will guide you through total body flows that really warm up and open the shoulders. After the flows, slow down the pace with Yin-inspired postures that explore the full range of motion in the shoulders while promoting stability.

Props are optional but recommended. Two blocks and one bolster. As substitutions, consider two standard bed pillows (stacked to bolster height) and two small pillows.
