Aata Biscuit (Whole Wheat Cookies) in Air Fryer

Ingredients:

2 cups aata (whole wheat flour)

1 cup desi chinni (powdered jaggery or unrefined sugar)

½ tsp baking powder

200 gm butter (softened)

1 tsp coffee (optional, for a rich flavor)

Instructions:

Preheat Air Fryer to 180° for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, cream together the softened butter and desi chinni until light and fluffy.

Add coffee (if using) and mix well.

Sift in the aata and baking powder, and mix to form a soft dough. If the dough feels too soft, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

Shape into small cookies or flatten small balls with your hands.

Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Place cookies with some gap in between. Air fry at 180°C for 8–10 minutes or until golden at the edges.

Let them cool—they'll crisp up more as they rest.

Tip: Store in an airtight container once completely cool.
