Lauren’s (aka @lesswithlaur ) journey with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), MCAS (Mast Cell Activation Syndrome), and hEDS (hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome) started like so many others: with fear, confusion, and bad medical advice.

She was told: “Don’t lift weights. Don’t do planks. Don’t do yoga. Don’t move too much or you’ll hurt yourself.” Listening to that advice only left her weaker, sicker, and more afraid of her own body.

Like many people with hEDS, POTS, and MCAS, Lauren felt stuck. Providers warned her she was “too fragile” to exercise and instilled the belief that her body was broken. The result? More fatigue, more joint pain, and a sense that she would never get better.

That all began to change when she discovered the Whealth Hypermobility Program. For the first time, she saw people with EDS and POTS building strength, getting stronger, and reclaiming their lives. She realized: “It may be harder for me, but that doesn’t mean it’s not possible.”
