Head-Supported Dumbbell Rear Delt Raise Tips

1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and hinge at the hips, resting your forehead on an incline bench for support.

2. Hold a dumbbell in each hand with palms facing in, or you can do them with pinkies facin gout and a slight bend in your elbows.

3. Keeping your core braced, lift the dumbbells out to the sides in a controlled arc, focusing on squeezing your rear delts at the top. Avoid using momentum or letting your traps take over.

4. Slowly lower the weights back down, keeping tension in your rear delts throughout the movement.

Head-supported rear delt raises are excellent for isolating the rear deltoids while maintaining stability in your upper body!
