Cossack Squat (Lateral Lunge) Tips

Stand with a wide stance and toes slightly turned out. Shift your weight to one side, driving your glute toward your heel as you bend the knee. Keep your opposite leg long, allowing the heel to swivel and open up.

Sink your hips back and down as you lower, keeping your chest upright and core braced. Focus on pushing through your whole foot on the bent leg, keeping it flat.

Drive back to the center in a controlled movement, then repeat on the other side.
