EGG MUFFIN | Super Easy Breakfast MealPrep Recipe| Healthy Clean Eating| Weight Loss| Keto/Low Carb

Easy Breakfast Meal Prep Recipe
Ingredients:
12 - 20 large eggs (depending on the size)
1lb mild Italian turkey sausage
1-2 cups of shredded cheese blend
½ onion (Optional)
½ tsp of salt
½ tsp of pepper


Preparation:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees
In a skillet brown turkey sausage and reserve.
Wisk eggs, add salt and pepper and reserve.
Cut onion and reserve.
Using 3 12-muffins baking sheet , layer each cup with turkey sausage, onion, cheese, eggs.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350
