Halo 2 was supposed to be the last Halo game, but events during development would ultimately lead to the expansion of the Halo franchise, resulting in a controversial cliff-hanger. This is Halo 2 Retrospective: an exploration of Halo 2's challenging development, successful marketing (ilovebees) and release, as well as the eventual winding down of its Xbox Live servers.
