Poor Man's Burnt Ends on the Pit Boss Pro Series

My first full video here of doing poor mans burnt end's. Doing it on video is a lot different than just doing it but i tell ya'll it turned out amazing. I used Apple pellets because i ran out of my competition blend but was still really happy how it turned out. Ran the smoker at 250 the whole time and it ended up taking around 6 hours from start to finish.
